FANCY NEW e-BLAST:
We signed our contract with Constant Contact, a high-quality e-blast service that will better assist us with promoting our company and shows. The e-blast for "Me Equals This + Happy Girl" is going out tomorrow. As Collective Members, it is all of our responsibility to forward that email to our personal contacts and networks. This is the way that we have reached over 1,000 contacts to this point, and now it's faster and easier to do so! Be on the look out for it October 1st, and forward away!
LIGHTING:
Both our usual lighting gurus (Sam Doerr and Alex Fabozzi) will be away during our tech day Oct. 19th. Please let us know if you or someone you know with lighting experience could come and help us out that day, approx 10am-6pm on Monday Oct. 19th. ONE-ACT NIGHTS:
The deadline has been EXTENDED for submitting your ideas for One-Acts and short plays to perform during our rental at The Bridge Theater. Again, the idea is that there will be 3 groups (one per week) of One-Acts or short plays presented by our members to showcase their work. These 3 teams would each have a Wednesday night and Sunday afternoon performance; they will work together to promote their individual shows and work as run-crew or support for the other weeks' teams. POSTCARD DROP OFFS:
Brian Parrish is heading up the Promotional team for "Me Equals This + Happy Girl." He is coordinating where to do our Postcard drop-offs. Below is a link to a Google Document that lists high-visibility locations where we'll be placing our cards. Open the document and add locations to the list that you recommend or know.
